Getting Started

SharpCuts AI is designed to help you run your shop — managing your calendar, clients, and day-to-day operations. As features roll out, you'll be able to share an online booking link and let the AI receptionist handle calls and texts. Some capabilities below are available in the current preview, while others are on the way.

Calendar & Dashboard

The dashboard is built around your calendar, with Day, Week, and Month views and a Today panel.

• Switch between Day, Week, and Month views (Week is the default).
• Select an appointment to open the client drawer with history, notes, and preferences.
• “Ask SharpCuts” is the command center where you'll be able to run actions by text or voice. It is currently a preview.

AI Receptionist

The AI receptionist answers calls and texts and books or reschedules appointments based on your rules, keeping you informed along the way. Automated cancel/reschedule handling and post-booking confirmations for AI-booked calls are still rolling out.

Payments & Deposits

Cash and terminal payments, deposit collection, and cancellation policies are built into checkout today, with you in control of deposit amounts and cancellation rules for your shop. Card payments go live as your shop's payment processor is activated.

Account & Billing

Plan management and billing will be available as we launch paid plans. Details on free trials and cancellation are described in our Terms of Service.
