Our Approach

Security is a priority as we build SharpCuts AI. This page describes our current practices and the standards we are working toward. SharpCuts AI is in active development, and some measures described here are planned rather than fully in place today.

Data in Transit

The SharpCuts AI website and application are served over HTTPS, so information exchanged with the platform is encrypted in transit using standard TLS.

Data Storage

We use reputable managed cloud and database providers to host the platform and store data, and we rely on their infrastructure protections. As we grow, we plan to formalize additional safeguards for data at rest.

Access to Your Dashboard

Dashboard access is currently protected by an administrator sign-in gate that is checked before dashboard data is loaded. Full per-user accounts and role-based access controls are on our roadmap.

Payments

Payment processing is not yet enabled in SharpCuts AI. When we introduce payments, we intend to use a PCI-compliant payment processor and to avoid storing full card numbers on our servers.

Monitoring & Backups

As the platform matures, we plan to expand logging, monitoring, and automated backups to support reliability and recovery.

Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to contact@sharpcutsai.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will look into reports.

Your Role

• Use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
• Share access only with people who need it, and remove access when it is no longer required.
• Let us know promptly if you notice anything suspicious.
